How much water does fracking use?

40,000- 800,000 gallons of water per well drilled depending on how many spurs to the wheel and depth - of which less than 5% is chemicals: but do the math; thats 2000 - 40,000 gallons of chemicals - that need to be 'disposed' of properly after use. Ask "where do they go after they use them"...
